Frequently Asked Questions

  • DescriptionWe offer three subscription packages:

    • Social Media Content Package: Includes weekly social media content like sermon reels, quotes, and consulting support.

    • Social Media Management Package: Includes everything in the Content Package plus management of your social media accounts, posting content, and additional post creation.

    • The Everything Plan: Includes everything in the Content and Management Packages, plus custom sermon graphics, additional consulting, and remote tech director services for your church. text goes here

  • To ensure timely delivery, you’ll need to provide:

    • YouTube Channel URL: For sermon edits and reels, we generally need your YouTube livestream URL. You may opt to provide videos from a secondary camera or feed, but make sure the clip has at least 2 seconds at the beginning and end, and the content cannot exceed 90 seconds. Anything over 90 seconds will be edited down at our discretion.

    • Photos for Sermon Quotes: Submit pictures of your pastor preaching by Friday at 5:00 PM (Central). If no photo is provided, a generic background will be used for the quote post.

    • Assets for Weekend Service: We require a Weekend Service Run sheet each week that includes: Order of service, Song titles with arrangement notes (including CCLI # or MTID for each song), and your Pastor's sermon notes. The FIRM deadline for submission of all elements is Thursday at 12:00pm Central. We will configure your service with the information and assets we have on Thursday at noon.

    • Shared Folder: For other content like graphics or photos, we coordinate with you to ensure proper submission via a shared cloud folder (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox).

  • If you sign up AND submit the intake form by 11:59 PM Central on Tuesday, services can begin that same week with delivery by Friday, provided there are no issues we need to address. Any signups made at or after 12:00 AM Wednesday will begin fulfillment the following week.

  • Yes! If you notify us by End of Day Friday (the week before final content is due), you can either:

    • Submit independent video from a secondary camera.

    • Send us timestamps from your livestream, including the exact start and end phrases you’d like.

    • We recommend 1 Worship reel and 1 Sermon reel per week. This gives your audience an opportunity to experience what it's like to attend your church. You will have the option to forego the Worship reel and receive 2 sermon reels per week on your intake form.

    Keep in mind that reels need to be 90 seconds or less. If no specific requests are made, we will select the reel section based on what we determine to be the most impactful part of your sermon or worship. Note: If no specific requests are made, no revisions to the selected reel will be accepted.

    • Content Delivery: All content is delivered by Friday each week and is scheduled to release the following week.

    • Sermon Edits: Delivered within the same week they are submitted.

    • Other Content: All other content (e.g., social media posts, reels) is worked on one week in arrears (created from materials provided the previous week).

  • Revisions must be requested by Monday at 8:00 AM (Central) of the week the content is scheduled to be posted. Any revisions requested after this deadline may not be implemented in time for that week’s posting schedule. If no revision requests are received by the deadline, the content is considered tacitly approved.

    • Social Media Content Package: Includes:

      • 2 reels (up to 90 seconds, in 9:16 format) edited from your YouTube livestream or submitted portrait-mode videos.

      • 1 sermon quote post (requires a picture of your pastor preaching or we’ll use a generic background if the picture isn’t provided by Friday at 5:00 PM Central).

      • Edited sermon with a simple bumper intro, volume mixed for YouTube and podcast platforms.

      • 1-hour consulting call per month (the client is responsible for scheduling, and unused time does not carry over).

      • Access to our community chat on Slack, where you can ask questions and seek advice from other members.

    • Social Media Management Package: Includes everything in the Content Package, plus:

      • Full management of your Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels (admin access required).

      • 2 Additional posts, including photo carousels, videos (client-provided), or Bible verse posts each week.

      • Clients can make requests through Slack direct messaging and submit content through the shared folder (make sure to specify filenames in your requests).

    • The Everything Plan: Includes everything in the Social Media Content and Management Packages, plus:

      • Custom Sermon Graphics Package (Sermon Series, Title, YouTube Thumbnails, Slide Background, Lower Thirds, Square (Social), Facebook Cover).

      • Remote Tech Director services, where we log in and set up your service slides for you.

        • This service requires a computer that is on and connected to the internet 24/7 and that we are able to install a remote desktop client. We do not accept responsibility related to connection issues and/or power outages or Computer Updates that may prevent access.

          • The only Presentation Software we support is ProPresenter, and you must maintain an active ProPresenter subscription and install the latest (stable) update.

    • Graphics are either created in Canva or from a (Photoshop) template from Church Motion Graphics (CMG).

    • You can choose a CMG template and request minor edits, or provide us with a sermon series overview and any graphic ideas you have. We will send you a rough draft for approval before proceeding.

    • The package includes: Sermon Series graphic, Sermon Title graphic, YouTube Thumbnail, Slide Background, Lower Third, Square (Social), and Facebook Cover. If you don’t preach in series, we will create generic graphics (backgrounds, lower thirds, etc.) each week.

    • Graphics are provided in 16:9 format but designed to work well for social media (keeping important information in the 1:1 safe area).

  • This plan requires either a one-year commitment, or a one-time setup fee of $500. This includes setting up any remote services and the purchase of an annual Church Motion Graphics account (you will have access to this account). This provides access to more templates for graphics and CMG’s full library of Motion Backgrounds for your slides.

  • Yes! If you’d like us to review your livestream quality before signing up, email us at info@3seventeencreative.com with your YouTube URL, and we will assess whether we can work with your content.

  • We provide support Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Saturday support may be available depending on our team’s availability, but this is not guaranteed. Please note: We currently do not offer support on Sundays as we serve in our church on that day. In the future, we may expand to include Sunday support, but for now, all requests received on Sunday will be addressed the following week.

  • Billing is processed monthly, with payment due at the start of each month. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically. If payment fails, service will pause until payment is processed.

  • Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Please contact us to adjust your service level.
