Buster is a top performer, claiming the “Vision Award” from his employer in 2020 for outstanding performance in helping facilitate the assimilation of an acquisition (this is the top annual award for the entire company — over 1,000 employees)!

Kitchen Equipment upgrades and construction at 400 locations for the world’s largest fast food chain — 7 months

Our company acquired a company in a new vertical in 2019 (approx. 250 employees)
I was selected by the Principal Ownership to work with the Executive Leadership on specific initiatives/special projects
Design and Implementation for new Project Management System/Platform (including working with developers on special requirements and new features within their base system).
Assisted with integration into Great Plains (accounting system) and a new Warehouse and Inventory Management Platform
Implementation of Project Management structure and techniques to reduce burnout and help forecast the business

Buster spent just 14 years in Project Management. He started in the Solid Waste and Recycling business in 2008 as an auditor and Project Coordinator. He shifted to the Construction industry in 2012, and worked his way from Assistant Project Manager to Director of Operations, managing a $20M annual budget.
